表扬和批评是班主任工作中对学生思想教育的两种方式,不可偏废。但在现实中,教师往往重表扬而轻批评,甚至对批评采取回避的态度,这无助于学校德育工作的有效开展。笔者认为,在实际教学中,教师必须以尊重学生人格为前提,掌握批评的艺术,把握分寸,学会针对不同个体采用不同的批评方法。
Praise and criticism are two ways that the head teacher’s ideological education in the work of the class teacher can not be neglected. However, in reality, teachers often emphasize praise and criticism, and even take a evasive attitude toward criticism. This does not help the effective development of school moral education. The author believes that in practical teaching, teachers must respect the student’s personality as the premise, master the art of criticism, grasp the sense of proportion, learn to use different methods of criticism for different individuals.
