目的采用横向塞曼石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定生活饮用水中锑。方法通过各种条件实验,对方法的各参数进行优化。结果方法的检出限为0.8μg/L,标准曲线线性相关系数为0.9991,加标回收率为92%~112%,相对标准偏差为2.8%~9.2%。结论该方法准确可靠,适用,具有实际意义。
Objective To determine antimony in drinking water by transverse Zeeman graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Methods Through various experimental conditions, the parameters of the method were optimized. Results The detection limit of the method was 0.8 μg / L, the linear correlation coefficient of standard curve was 0.9991, the recoveries were 92% ~ 112% and the relative standard deviations were 2.8% ~ 9.2%. Conclusion The method is accurate, reliable and applicable. It has practical significance.
