文中介绍了侧面碰撞下胸部的损伤生物力学研究状况以及各种评价方法。建立了胸部在侧向和斜向钝性冲击作用下的Madymo仿真模型,通过对比肋骨变形的仿真曲线与标准试验曲线,验证了模型的有效性。通过计算机仿真分析,得到了摆锤碰撞速度为4m/s时ES-2型假人胸部在侧向和斜向冲击下RDC值和VCmax值的变化情况。将该变化情况与生物力学试验的数据进行对比,结果表明,ES-2型假人胸部在斜碰撞时其RDC值不能真实地反应人体的响应。
In this paper, the status of injury biomechanics and its evaluation methods under side impact are introduced. The Madymo simulation model of the chest under lateral and oblique blunt impact was established. The simulation results of the ribs and the standard test curves were compared to verify the validity of the model. Through the computer simulation analysis, the change of RDC and VCmax values of the ES-2 dummies under lateral and oblique impact were obtained when the impact velocity of the pendulum was 4m / s. Comparing this change with the biomechanical data, the results show that the RDC value of the ES-2 dummies can not truly reflect the human body’s response to oblique collisions.
