自1979年“继续工程教育”概念引入中国以来,继续教育事业得到很大发展。广大继续教育工作者探索实践了继续教育许多的方式方法,形成了不少切实可行的模式。有的已经较为完善,并取得了较好的效果,得到业内人士的认可和推广运用。如武钢的专题研修、上海石化的“过程研修”;有的还处在发展完善中。为了对新形势下继续教育方式方法作进一步探索,对继续教育模式作进一步完善,本刊将韩丛艾等四名同志的文章辑成“继续教育模式专题”予以刊发,以资借鉴。
Since the introduction of the concept of “continuing engineering education” in 1979 in China, the cause of continuing education has greatly developed. The majority of continuing education workers have explored and implemented many ways and means of continuing education and have formed quite a few practical models. Some have been more perfect, and achieved good results, the industry’s recognition and promotion. Such as Wugang’s special training, Shanghai Petrochemical “process training”; some still in the development and improvement. In order to further explore ways and means of continuing education in the new situation and to further improve the model of continuing education, we published a series of articles entitled “Models of Continuing Education” by Han Congyi and other four comrades in order to draw lessons from them.
