目的测定和分析南通市黄胸鼠和褐家鼠凝血酶原时间(PT)。方法PT测定采用仪器法,PT采用国际标准化比值(INR)表示。结果黄胸鼠、褐家鼠及对照大白鼠的INR平均值分别为0.97、1.40和0.88;方差分析表明,黄胸鼠和褐家鼠之间的差异有统计学意义(t=0.426,P<0.05);褐家鼠和大白鼠之间的差异亦有统计学意义(t=-0.527,P<0.05);黄胸鼠和大白鼠之间差异无统计学意义(t=-0.101,P>0.05)。崇川区与开发区的褐家鼠INR值经成组设计t检验差异有统计学意义(t=4.026,P<0.01),崇川区与港闸区的黄胸鼠经成组设计t检验差异无统计学意义(t=0.601,P>0.05)。结论实验所测得的黄胸鼠及褐家鼠INR值范围分别为0.60~1.92和0.84~2.29,PT值有性别、鼠种、区域间差异。
Objective To determine and analyze the prothrombin time (PT) of Rattus flavipectus and Rattus norvegicus in Nantong City. Methods PT method using instrumentation, PT using the international standardization ratio (INR) said. Results The average INR values of Rattus flavipectus, Rattus norvegicus and control were 0.97,1.40 and 0.88, respectively. ANOVA showed that there was significant difference between Rattus flavipectus and Rattus norvegicus (t = 0.426, P < 0.05). There was also a significant difference between rodents and rats (t = -0.527, P <0.05). There was no significant difference between rodents and rats (t = -0.101, P> 0.05). The Rattus norvegicus INR in Chongchuan District and TEDA had significant differences (t = 4.026, P <0.01) by t-test. The Rattus flavipectus in Chongchuan and Gangzha areas were grouped by t-test The difference was not statistically significant (t = 0.601, P> 0.05). Conclusion The INR values of Rattus flavipectus and Rattus norvegicus measured in the experiment range from 0.60 to 1.92 and from 0.84 to 2.29, respectively. There are differences in sex, mouse species and inter-region PT values.
