近日,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发了《关于加快推进乡村人才振兴的意见》(以下简称《意见》).《意见》明确了乡村人才振兴的目标任务,到2025年,乡村人才振兴制度框架和政策体系基本形成,乡村振兴各领域人才规模不断壮大、素质稳步提升、结构持续优化,各类人才支持服务乡村格局基本形成,乡村人才初步满足实施乡村振兴战略基本需要.
