本文改进、简化了Anker的合成氨氧基乙酸半盐酸盐的方法.以溴乙酸、丙酮肟、盐酸等为原料,按我们改进的装置,可省略去Anker和白天瑜等的提纯出中间产物o-乙酸基丙酮肟的步骤,而直接合成出最终产物氨氧基乙酸半盐酸盐.本文还通过质谱、红外光谱及元素分析解释了最终产物的结构并证实其纯度.实验结果表明,按本文方法可合成出高纯度的产品,由于改进和简化了前人的方法,可较大幅度降低成本.
This article improves and simplifies Anker’s method for the synthesis of aminooxyacetic acid hemihydrochloride.Using bromoacetic acid, acetone oxime and hydrochloric acid as raw materials, we can omit the purification of intermediate product such as Anker, -acetoxyacetone oxime and directly synthesize the final product aminooxyacetic acid hemihydrochloride.The structure of the final product was also explained and confirmed by MS, FTIR and elemental analysis.Experimental results show that, Methods can be synthesized high purity products, due to the improvement and simplification of previous methods, can significantly reduce costs.
