近年来,各级电网公司、梯级调度机构、大中型水电站大多引进了水调自动化系统,以提高水资源的利用率。水调自动化系统后台系统的主要功能是7×24 h不间断接收和整编遥测站报讯、预报、计划等数据,并与上、下级水调系统和各种外部系统进行数据交换,庞大的系统和复杂的数据流程成为系统管理和维护的一大难点。文中在总结分析大中型水调系统管理维护经验的基础上,提出集中管理维护和基于业务规则的系统诊断,以提高水调后台系统的管理维护效率。
In recent years, all levels of power grid companies, cascade dispatching agencies, large and medium-sized hydropower plants have mostly introduced water-conditioning automation systems to improve the utilization of water resources. Based on summarizing and analyzing the management and maintenance experience of medium and large water system, this paper puts forward the system management of centralized management and maintenance and business rules to improve the management and maintenance efficiency of the water transfer system.
