文章根据目前大学生体质健康的状况,结合大学体育教学改革的理论探索与实践经验,探索科学的课程体系实施与心理干预在大学生体质弱势群体中的契合,以提高学生体质健康水平,从而使高校体质弱势群体学生的身心健康得到有益改善,促进高校体育教学以人为本理念的真正实现。
According to the current situation of university students ’physique health and the theoretical exploration and practical experience of university PE teaching reform, this article explores the fit between the implementation of scientific curriculum system and psychological intervention in disadvantaged groups of college students so as to improve students’ physique and health level, Vulnerable groups of students physical and mental health have been beneficial to improve and promote physical education in colleges and universities people-oriented concept of the real realization.
