目的:研究丹田降脂丸降低血脂的作用机制。方法:维生素D3腹腔注射加高脂饲料喂养造成高脂血症大鼠模型,给药丹田降脂丸治疗10 w后,腹主动脉取血,ELISA法测定血清血脂、脂联素、瘦素、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)的水平。结果:丹田降脂丸能显著降低大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平(P<0.01),具有明显的降脂作用;其高、低剂量均可显著降低大鼠血清瘦素、CRPI、L-6水平(P<0.01),高剂量可一定程度升高脂联素水平,但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:丹田降脂丸可通过降低血清瘦素、CRPI、L-6水平发挥降脂作用。
Objective: To study the mechanism of Dantian Jiangzhi pill in lowering blood lipid. Methods: The model of hyperlipidemia was induced by intraperitoneal injection of high dose of vitamin D3 and hyperlipidemia rats. Blood was taken from the abdominal aorta after 10 days of treatment with Dantian Jiangzhi Wan, serum levels of lipids, adiponectin, leptin, C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin 6 (IL-6) levels. Results: Biantian Jiangzhi pills can significantly reduce the level of serum TC, TG, LDL-C in rats (P <0.01), and has a significant lipid-lowering effect. Both high and low doses of Dan Tian Jiang Yaoshi pills can significantly reduce the levels of serum leptin, L-6 level (P <0.01), high dose can increase adiponectin level to some extent, but no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Biantian Jiangzhi pills can reduce the level of serum leptin, CRPI, L-6 lipid-lowering effect.
