在蒸汽锅炉的日常维护过程中,大部分的蒸汽锅炉就存在其内受热面的各个系统中都会出现均大小不等、不同程度的均匀的小麻点或者氧腐蚀情况,这样可能会对蒸汽锅炉的安全运行构成极大的威胁,另外也会对蒸汽锅炉的使用寿命产生很大的影响。而随着我国工业的快速发展及锅炉的使用率增高,其氧腐蚀问题变得越来越严重。虽然目前在控制锅炉污染及防腐技术措施方面在不断的发展,在一定程度上缓解了锅炉的氧腐蚀问题,但是还是无法彻底解决锅炉氧腐蚀问题。
