在国有企业中构建出和谐的劳动关系对于社会的稳定以及发展来说,不仅具有积极意义而且还能发挥重要作用。国有企业工会组织是联系企业和职工的纽带与桥梁,所以要寻找导致国有企业中出现不和谐劳动关系的隐患与症结,同时还要立足国情,准确定位,坚持以人为本的原则,对劳动关系中的不和谐因素进行深入排查,切实将稳定和谐的劳动关系构建出来,实现企业和职工的双赢局面,对社会的稳定与发展进行维护。
Constructing harmonious labor relations among state-owned enterprises is not only positive but also plays an important role in social stability and development. The trade union organizations in state-owned enterprises are the link and bridge linking enterprises and workers.
