本文在对我国节能环保装备现行的评价标准分析的基础上，提出了基于消费者的节能环保装备的分析测试标准体系，主要研究了节能环保装备出厂前的分析测试体系和装备运行验收的分析测试体系。,On the basis of analyzing the existing evaluation standards, the paper puts forward the analytical test system of energy saving and environment protection equipment and studies the analytical test systems which are used before leaving factories and during the operation and examination.
