作者曾经以氢化大豆磷脂为原料制得的一种亲水性凝胶基质,实验证明这种基质由于磷脂的表面活性剂作用能增加二氯芬酸钠的透皮吸收。为了进一步提高其透皮促进作用,作者通过体外试验研究了几种不同碳原子数的烷醇以及尿素对这种基质透皮释放消炎痛能力的影响。方法取自160~180 g的Wistar雄性大鼠背皮,实际透皮面积为5.3 cm~2(圆面直径2.6 cm),测定装置中,受室盛装0.1 M磷酸钠缓冲液(pH 7.2)5 ml,测定中用电磁搅拌器搅拌。供室盛装消炎痛凝胶样品0.5g(含消炎痛500μg)。测定温度保持在37℃。
The authors used hydrogenated soybean lecithin as a raw material to obtain a hydrophilic gel matrix.
