光缆在使用过程中,环境中的水分将使光纤产生氢损,同时也会对光缆中的其他材料造成影响。因此,为确保光缆使用寿命,光缆渗水试验合格率成为考核光缆质量的重要指标之一。利用六西格玛DMAIC模型对影响光缆渗水试验合格率的主要因素加以分析并改进,以提高光缆渗水试验合格率,同时提升企业的效益。
During the process of using the optical cable, the moisture in the environment will cause hydrogen loss of the optical fiber and may also affect other materials in the optical cable. Therefore, in order to ensure the service life of fiber optic cable, optical fiber water penetration test pass rate become one of the important indicators of cable quality assessment.
