煤层气钻机自动换杆装置底座失效分析及优化设计

自动换杆装置主要用于辅助煤层气钻机进行钻具更换工作,通过液压控制底座、给进机身、斜撑油缸等部件实现钻具与钻机动力头的自动对接,进而实现钻具的自动加卸。底座是自动换杆装置重要的一部分,主要作为给进机身及其他部件的支撑体。底座在设计完成后进行加工和安装调试,对其失效原因进行了分析,并采用有限元软件验证,确定了优化方案。优化后的底座进行了返修和再次调试,试验证明改进能够满足使用要求。 The automatic rod changing device is mainly used for assisting the CBM drilling rig to perform drilling tool replacement. Through the hydraulic control base, feeding into the body, diagonal cylinder and other components to achieve the automatic docking of the drilling head and the drilling head, thus realizing the automatic addition of drilling tools Unloading. The base is an important part of the automatic lever changer device and serves primarily as a support for the fuselage and other components. The base is processed, installed and debugged after the design is completed, the cause of failure is analyzed, and the finite element software is used to verify and determine the optimization plan. Optimized base was repaired and re-commissioned, the test proved that improvements to meet the requirements.
