目的了解某院门诊患者抗菌药物用药基本情况及存在的问题,促进合理用药。方法随机抽取2009年1月～2009年12月门诊处方4800张,对抗菌药物的应用进行专项点评及分析。结果抗菌药物使用率为31.12%,占总药费的21.94%,通用名使用率70.91%,联合用药比例为16.40%,平均用药疗程6.6d。抗菌药物处方合理率为51.54%,有366张处方存在书写不规范,428张处方存在用药不适宜。结论该院抗菌药物处方指标基本合理,但处方合理率较低,应进一步重视处方质量,加强抗菌药物的合理用药。
Objective To understand the basic situation and existing problems of antimicrobial drug use in outpatients in a hospital and to promote rational drug use. Methods 4800 outpatient prescriptions were randomly selected from January 2009 to December 2009, and special reviews and analyzes were made on the application of antibacterials. Results The antibacterials usage rate was 31.12%, accounting for 21.94% of the total drug cost, the common name usage rate was 70.91%, the combined medication ratio was 16.40% and the average medication duration was 6.6 days. The rational rate of antibacterial prescription was 51.54%, 366 prescriptions were not written, and 428 prescriptions were not suitable for medication. Conclusion The prescription of antibacterial drugs in this hospital is basically reasonable, but the rational rate of prescription is low. The prescription quality should be further emphasized and the rational use of antibacterial drugs should be strengthened.
