作为一名从事人事档案工作十几年的档案工作者,在实际的档案工作过程中,深切感受到人事档案工作的某些方面没有跟上时代发展的步伐,这种停滞造成的是人员、时间、精力和财力的极大浪费,特别是目前还在使用的干部人事档案立卷形式和标准,已经与现实的通用公文用纸规格严重脱节,这个问题不早日解决,人事档案工作就会滞后于其它类别的档案的进步与发展,由此,产生了干部人事档案立卷形式的思考。
