作为人们最关注的电视文化品种的电视剧,其创作的质量、题材的取向、生产的规模以及全国性评奖等自然会成为舆论的热门话题。近来有人撰文说,在我国电视剧的生产中存在大量浪费现象,制作数量已达“1.2万余部集,咸千部作品被电视台积压”,“造成数亿元的经济损失”等。这些与实际相去甚远的说法在一定程度上已形成了某种误导,对我国电视剧创作的健康繁荣及亟待健全的电视剧市场均会产生不利影响。为此,《中国文化报》研究室主任、记者张作民专门采访了具体负责全国电视剧题材规划工作和评奖工作的中国电视艺术委员会的副主任兼秘书长、本刊主编仲呈祥。下面是采访实录。本刊予以发表,供读者参阅。
As the television drama of most concern to people, the quality of its creation, the orientation of its themes, the scale of its production, and its national awards will naturally become a hot topic in public opinion. Recently, some people said in an article that there is a lot of waste in the production of television dramas in our country. The number of productions has reached “12,000 episodes, the work of salty cadres has been overstocked by television stations” and “economic losses have caused hundreds of millions of dollars.” To a certain extent, these explanations, which are far from actual, have formed a kind of misleading effect that will adversely affect the healthy and prosperous drama of dramas in China’s television drama and the drama market to be improved urgently. To this end, “China Culture Daily” research director and reporter Zhang Zuomin interviewed specifically for the national television drama theme planning and awards work of the China Television Arts Committee, deputy director and secretary general, editor in chief of the magazine.
