食管胃或食管空肠吻合瘘是食管手术较常见的并发症,一旦发生,处理困难,后果严重,我院1972～1979年共进行此类手术54例,无1例发生瘘。本文总结54例手术经验。一般资料 54例食管胃及食管空肠吻合术中,男48例,女6例。其中40岁以上者51例。主动脉弓下食管胃吻合术32例,食管空肠吻合术18例。主动脉弓上食管胃吻合术4例。中下段食管及贲门切除者4例,下段食管及胃底切除者22例,下段食管及全胃切除者18例,下段食管及胃底、脾联合切除者6例,下段食管及胃底、
Esophagogastric or esophageal jejunostomy is a common complication of esophageal surgery. Once it occurs, it is difficult to deal with, and the consequences are serious. In our hospital from 1972 to 1979, a total of 54 such surgeries were performed, and none of these occurred. This article summarizes 54 surgical experiences.
