在信息化的现代社会中，电脑的生产与使用对环境、能源及人身健康的影响，较之其它高科技产品更加深远。本文初步阐述了什么是“绿色电脑”及如何在我国实现信息化过程中大力普及“绿色电脑”的设想。
In the information-oriented modern society, the impact of the production and use of computers on the environment, energy and human health is more profound than other high-tech products. This essay expounds the idea of what is “green computer” and how to popularize “green computer” in the process of realizing informationization in our country.
