Objective: In view of the resistance of common pathogenic bacteria in ICU, discuss the impact of implementing antimicrobial management strategies and provide reference and guidance for future clinical work. Methods: The common pathogenic bacteria resistance of ICU in our hospital was selected as the research object. The drug resistance of common pathogenic bacteria in ICU from February 2013 to February 2015 was selected and analyzed. In the meantime, Drug management strategy, pay close attention to the pathogen resistance changes. Compare the results before and after work. Results: According to the statistics, piperacillin and cephalosporins still showed resistance to common pathogenic bacteria in ICU after being administrated by antimicrobial agents, P> 0.05; however, in other β-lactams Drugs, aminoglycosides, macrolides drugs, the drug resistance improved significantly, there was no serious resistance, P <0.05. Conclusion: Among the hospitals, common pathogenic bacteria resistance in ICU is a common situation. If not properly controlled, it will have a serious impact on patients and medical work directly, which is not conducive to the improvement of medical care. Through the active implementation of antimicrobial drug management strategies, the drug resistance of some drugs has been significantly improved, and the level of medical work has been greatly improved. It is suggested that further efforts should be made to strengthen the management of antimicrobial agents in future work and to reduce deficiencies and deficiencies in all aspects so as to provide more help to patients.
