通过介绍天津某新建社区文化中心的绿色建筑设计理念,针对各项绿色建筑技术在第一年运行期内的应用效果,进行调研与现场测试。调研基于能耗监测平台的历史数据进行分析,而现场测试则针对被动式技术和主动式技术分别开展。调研测试的结果表明:通过合理集成相应的绿色建筑技术,该社区文化中心的能耗水平为35.6 k W·h/(m2·a),相比同类地区能耗指标定额达到同类建筑中的超低能耗水平,同时其室内环境也得到了良好的保障。
Through the introduction of the green building design concept of a new community cultural center in Tianjin, the application of green building technologies during the first year of operation was investigated and field tested. The survey was based on the historical data of the energy monitoring platform and the on-site tests were conducted on passive and active technologies. The results of research and testing show that: By reasonably integrating the corresponding green building technologies, the energy consumption level of the community cultural center is 35.6 k W·h/(m2·a), which is higher than that of similar buildings in the same industry. Low energy consumption levels, while its indoor environment has also been well protected.
