临床实验室对菌尿症有四种检测方法:硝酸盐还原实验、直接显微镜检查、直接涂片革兰氏染色和定量培养,四种方法互补其短,对临床治疗秘尿系感染有一定的指导作用。1 材料 检测对象:本院尿路感染症状患者50名,年龄1~80岁。 标本留取:留取2份清晨中段尿于无菌皿内。 广州东方化学试剂厂生产的尿八联试纸条。 血琼脂平板。2 方法 八联试纸常规检测亚硝酸盐变樱桃红色为阳性,无变化为阴性。 尿沉渣检查:50倍浓缩尿涂片作直接镜检和革兰氏染色。参考值0~3/HPF,白细胞管型:0~1/LPF。发现G+或G-菌,即可报告。若发现G+芽管a1孢子可报告为白色念珠菌。 定量培养,定量接种是线接种到血(?)板.培养鉴定。
