著者等在1944年试验未熟蒙古杏仁成分时,於6月10日所采集的原料中发现有结晶状物,而此结晶在杏仁成长过程中早些时候或晚些时候都没有见到,遂於1945年与上述同一时期,(其实后来晓得在6月中旬左右,水分含量80%左右采取都可).采取了比较大量的杏仁,抽出这种结晶,後经试验结果,证实此结晶确系左旋天冬素.按左旋天冬素初发现於天门冬幼芽中,在黄豆天然生长的幼芽,和人工培养的幼芽中亦有较多的含量,其分子式为HOOC·CH(NH_2)
When the authors tested the uncooked Mongolian almond ingredient in 1944, crystals were found in the raw materials collected on June 10, but this crystal was not seen earlier or later in the growing process of the almonds. In the same period as mentioned above in 1945, (in fact, it was later known that about 80% of the water content was taken in about the middle of June). A relatively large amount of almonds was taken out and this crystal was extracted. After the test results, it was confirmed that this crystal was indeed left-handed. Aspartame. Found by astaxanthin in asparagus early buds, in the natural growth of soy bean sprouts, and artificially cultivated sprouts also have more content, its molecular formula is HOOC · CH (NH_2)
