现代企业为了拓宽发展空间,在不断探索有效益的可持续发展方向,战略性企业社会责任概念正被企业付诸于实践。以战略性企业社会责任理论为此研究核心,聚焦于立邦“为爱上色”慈善项目实际案例,通过对立邦企业如何践行企业社会责任,实现永续发展的战略进行定性分析,具体对案例的文本资料及项目视频内容进行归纳分析、整理企业高层访谈等,实例对照理论深入分析,分析结果能够提出针对立邦公益项目本身的延展方向;另外,研究能够增加学术界的研究实例,补充相关理论内涵,有利于为中国其他企业成长方向提供指引,给予企业践行CSR可以参考的经验。
