作为一种有效解决回采工作面和采空区瓦斯超限难题的瓦斯治理方式,地面瓦斯抽采正在全国各大矿区逐步推广。但受煤层回采的影响,当回采工作面推过地面钻井位置后钻井套管迅速发生破坏,无法充分发挥其抽采采空区瓦斯的作用。这与地面抽采钻井套管受到的非均布挤压效应是密不可分的,因此,建立了基于采场上覆岩层挤压变形效应的地面钻井挤压变形破坏模型,为地面抽采钻井布孔位置的选择和防护提供工程指导,同时,运用3DEC离散元数值模拟程序对模型进行了模拟验证。结果证明,模型描述的规律性是可靠的,具有较强的工程指导意义。
