铁路货车转向架及底架的基础制动装置一直使用普通开口销,在其长期使用过程中,特别是铁路经过六次大提速后,显现了一些技术缺陷。一是开口销安装劈开后双脚时有折断;二是防盗性能较差。09年初,运输局装备部对原普通开口销进行了升级换代,开始装用止退开口销,随后对止退开口销进行了改进。在止退开口销及其改进型现车装用过程中出现了一些技术问题,有些问题至今仍未得到有效的解决,对这些技术问题进行深入探讨,是确保货车基础制动装置运行安全的需要。
