为今后樟属植物化学型的研究以及不同化学型植物的合理利用提供指导,在分析植物化学型的基本概念以及化学种类的基础上,着重对樟属植物化学型的特点以及产生机制进行了探讨,并提出了今后樟属植物化学型研究的方向。结果认为化学型是樟属植物各个种的共性和普遍现象,有性繁殖后代会发生化学变异;化学型的产生是环境和遗传共同作用的结果,同时与生长发育阶段有关;不同化学型由于其主成分不同导致其在医药、化学以及香料等工业中的应用不同。同时认为今后应该从以下几个方面进行研究:①研究樟属不同化学型形成的机制;②找出促使不同化学型产生分化的因素;③找出不同化学型形成的关键酶基因,并建立相应转基因体系;④加强不同化学型良种的选育工作;⑤建立幼苗时期不同化学型客观的鉴定体系。
In order to provide guidance for the future research on the chemical type of Cinnamomum camphora and the rational utilization of different chemical plants, based on the analysis of the basic concepts and chemical species of plant chemical type, the characteristics and the mechanism of Cinnamomum camphora are discussed , And put forward the direction of Cinnamomum plant chemical type research in the future. The results showed that the chemical type is a common and common phenomenon of all species of Cinnamomum camphora and chemical variations occur in the offspring of sexual reproduction. The chemical type is the result of environmental and genetic interaction and at the same time relates to the stage of growth and development. Because of different chemical types, The main components lead to different applications in the pharmaceutical, chemical and perfumery industries. At the same time, it is considered that the following aspects should be studied in the future: (1) to study the mechanism of the formation of different chemical types of Cinnamomum camphora (2) to find out the factors that promote the differentiation of different chemical types; (3) to find the key enzyme genes of different chemical types and to establish corresponding Genetically modified system; ④ strengthen the breeding of different chemical varieties; ⑤ establish seedlings of different chemical types of objective identification system.
