各种水中武器的广泛的运用已成为现代海战的主要特点之一,由此带来的水下爆炸损伤给水面舰船及水中作业人员造成严重的威胁。由于水下爆炸的致伤机制、致伤特点与陆上爆炸明显不同,因而对水下爆炸损伤效应的研究逐渐成为世界军事医学关注的热点与难点。本文通过系统地回顾相关文献,总结分析了水下爆炸损伤生物效应的研究现状,并对其未来的发展方向进行展望,旨在进一步加深对水下爆炸损伤生物效应的认识,并促进其深入研究。
The widespread use of weapons in various waters has become one of the major features of modern naval warfare. The resulting underwater explosion damage poses a serious threat to surface ships and water operators. Due to the mechanism of injury caused by underwater explosion, the characteristics of injury are obviously different from that of land-based explosions. Therefore, the research on the damage effects of underwater explosions has gradually become the focus and difficulty of the world’s military medicine. This article systematically reviews the relevant literature, summarizes the research status of the biological effects of underwater explosion damage, and its future development prospects, aimed at further deepen the understanding of the biological effects of underwater explosion damage and promote its in-depth study .
