1987年4~6月,马钢第二炼铁厂连续发生罐爆事故7次,其中1次因发现及时,采取预防措施未逐。这7次罐爆事故事先均未报警(表压比报警压低0.09一0.11MPa)。为了弄清原因,对现场进行了调查。 1.罐压超压安全报警系统 (1)D×B-113超压报警压力表的法兰变送器装在罐的上部φ100×6长80~120mm的无缝钢管的法兰上。由于该处是盲端,罐中充压后煤粉处于悬浮状态,煤粉含水0.5~2%,温度为50~70℃,天长日久,煤粉便粘结在变送器的法兰平面上,煤粉层厚达10~30mm,使表压不准,压力偏低。从而导致超压不报警。
