双酚A(BPA)是一种工业原料,广泛存在于日常用品。BPA可通过多种途径进入体内,从而干扰哺乳动物的内分泌,被认为是一种拟雌激素作用。目前,BPA暴露引起的疾病包括肿瘤的形成、代谢疾病、脑部发育障碍、心血管疾病、血糖增高等。本文将具体介绍BPA在胎儿、新生儿及成人时期的剂量与疾病发生的关系。
Bisphenol A (BPA) is an industrial raw material widely used in daily necessities. BPA can enter the body through a variety of ways, thus interfering with mammalian endocrine, is considered a pseudo-estrogen effect. Currently, the diseases caused by BPA exposure include tumor formation, metabolic diseases, brain development disorders, cardiovascular diseases, hyperglycemia and the like. This article will detail the BPA in fetal, neonatal and adult dose and disease relationship.
