利用花药培养的纯合效应，对印尼水田谷６号质源不育系Ⅱ－３２Ａ和优ⅠＡ及其相应保持系Ⅱ－３２Ｂ和优ⅠＢ，同步进行花药培养，诱导出了一批基因纯合、遗传稳定的正常二倍体花粉植株，并通过逐代测配筛选，获得了Ⅱ－３２Ａ和优ⅠＡ的优良花培提纯株系。
