近期,西安市总工会集中3个月的时间,组织专门力量,采用职工与企业调查问卷相结合、行业与年龄划分调研相结合、召开企业党政工座谈会与职工家访相结合的“三结合”方式,对272家企业及所属的1836名下岗失业职工的培训就业及生活状况问题进行了专题调研。下岗失业职工培训就业及生活现状职工下岗失业作为一种社会现象,已存在20余年。其间,通过组织关心、个人努力、亲友帮助适应了社会发展,实现了再就业、甚至创业成功的职工不乏其人,但就整体而言,下岗失业职工的弱势地位仍然是客观
