对所合成的含RO-S-与(RO)2-P-S-两种官能团的有机钼化合物的极压抗磨性能进行了评价。四球机试验结果表明,当这两种官能团共存时,钼化合物不但有更好的极压抗磨性能,而且有很好的油溶性。讨论了这两种官能团的比值对有机钼化合物极压抗磨性能的影响。
The extreme pressure and antiwear properties of the synthesized organic molybdenum compounds containing two functional groups of RO-S- and (RO) 2-P-S- were evaluated. Four ball machine test results show that when these two functional groups coexist, the molybdenum compound not only has better extreme pressure antiwear properties, but also has good oil solubility. The effect of the ratio of these two functional groups on the extreme pressure and antiwear properties of organic molybdenum compounds was discussed.
