目的探讨PTEN、MMP2与MMP9在脑胶质瘤增殖、侵袭过程中的相互作用机制。方法应用SP 免疫组化法检测了50例不同级别脑胶质瘤中的3种蛋白表达情况。结果不同级别的脑胶质瘤中3种抗体的表达程度不同,Ⅱ级与Ⅲ、Ⅳ级肿瘤之间的表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);PTEM与MMP2、MMP9在脑胶质瘤中的表达呈负相关(rMMP2=-0.27,rMMP9=-O.35,P<0.01)。结论 PTEN表达缺失可引起基质金属蛋白酶的过表达,从而使脑胶质瘤的侵袭性增强。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of PTEN, MMP2 and MMP9 in the proliferation and invasion of glioma. Methods SP immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of three proteins in 50 different grades of gliomas. Results The expression of three kinds of antibodies was different in different grades of gliomas, and there was significant difference between grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ, Ⅳ tumors (P <0.01). PTEM, MMP2, The expression of tumor was negatively correlated (rMMP2 = -0.27, rMMP9 = -0.35, P <0.01). Conclusion The loss of PTEN expression can lead to over-expression of matrix metalloproteinases, which leads to the aggressiveness of glioma.
