告别昨日的TR50矿用洒水车洒水作业,取而代之的将是人工智能喷淋系统。这是安徽马钢南山矿业公司高村铁矿在打造国家级绿色矿山(试点单位)中,合理利用水资源,推行高效降尘工艺,减少粉尘污染,净化周边环境,促进生产与环境协调发展的一个侧面。采用这套人工智能喷淋系统,目的是强化现场标准化管理,优化采剥工程,减少废水排放量,提高废水利用率,实现“快速高效、降本增效、减污增效”。该系统由高村铁矿设备组牵头,联合穿爆、综合两个工段自行设计加工完成,喷淋系
