随着科技的不断进步及社会发展,航空、航天、汽车等关键制造业得到了较快的发展,尤其是精密模具制造业的发展速速与需求表现的十分突出,因此,对高、中、低档不同层次的数控电火花线切割机床的需求也越来越多,这种需求也同时刺激了制造商对其在性能上改进与增强,为数控电火花线切割的技术的深远发展奠定了基础,本文就是在这种背景下研究当前几种单向走丝电火花线切割加工技术,并对其未来发展趋势进行把握。
With the continuous improvement of science and technology and social development, key manufacturing industries such as aerospace, aerospace and automobile have enjoyed rapid development. In particular, the rapid development of precision molds and their performance are very prominent. Therefore, The demand for different types of low-grade CNC WEDM machines is also increasing. This demand also stimulates manufacturers to improve and enhance their performance and lay a foundation for the profound development of CNC WEDM technology. This article is based on this background to study the current several types of unidirectional wire electric discharge wire cutting technology, and its future development trend to grasp.
