作业治疗可以促进有发育障碍或其他残疾儿童的运动、认知等技能发展，提高生活自理、学习等活动与参与能力。2019年，n Aust Occup Ther J发表了残疾儿童作业治疗干预措施疗效的系统评价文章，旨在总结最佳的作业治疗证据，从而帮助作业治疗师和家庭选择有效的治疗方案。现结合国内儿童作业治疗现状对该系统评价进行解读，方便临床工作者比较不同治疗方法的优劣，提高疗效。n “,”Occupational therapy can not only promote the development of motor and cognitive functions in children with developmental or other disabilities, but also improve their self-care ability, learning ability, participation skills and other activities.In 2019, the n Aust Occup Ther J published a systematic review on the effects of occupational therapy interventions on disabled children, aiming to summarize the best evidence of occupational therapy and help occupational therapists and families to choose the effective treatment regimens.In this article, the systematic review was interpreted in light of the current status of domestic child occupational therapy, so as to allow clinicians to compare the pros and cons of different treatment methods and improve the efficacy.n
