目的:研究中药炮制对其促癌活性的影响。方法:对4种有毒中药分别进行醋制和霜制,观察醋甘遂、醋大戟、醋芫花和巴豆霜对Raji细胞中Epstein-Barr病毒早期抗原(EBV-EA)表达的诱导作用,同时将4种有毒中药的生品和炮制品对EBV-EA的诱导表达情况进行比较。结果:在加丁酸时,炮制品组的激活率比生药组的激活率均有所降低,巴豆的降低率是18.29%,其它3药的降低率均在44.87%-79.71%之间。结论:通过合理炮制,可降低和阻断中药的毒性及促癌物活性。
Objective: To study the effect of Chinese herbal medicine on its cancer-promoting activity. Methods: Four kinds of toxic traditional Chinese medicines were respectively made into vinegar and cream. The induction of Epstein-Barr virus early antigen (EBV-EA) expression in Raji cells was observed with vinegar root, vinegar Euphorbia, At the same time, four kinds of toxic traditional Chinese medicine raw and processed products EBV-EA induced expression were compared. Results: In the case of butyric acid, the activation rate of the processed product group was lower than that of the crude drug group, the reduction rate of crotoniton was 18.29%, and the reduction rates of the other three drugs were 44.87% -79.71%. Conclusion: Through reasonable preparation, it can reduce and block the toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine and promote cancer activity.
