测定了16例乳腺癌及癌旁正常组织标本的17β羟类固醇脱氢酶(17β-HSD)活性和E2水平。结果显示,癌组织17β-HSD活性较正常组织明显下降,而E2水平升高。提示该酶活性及E2水平的改变与乳腺癌有关,但二者的变化无明显相关性(r=-0.354,P>0.1)
The activity of 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (17β-HSD) and E2 levels in 16 specimens of breast cancer and adjacent normal tissues were measured. The results showed that the activity of 17β-HSD in cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in normal tissues, but E2 levels were increased. The changes of enzyme activity and E2 level were related to breast cancer, but there was no significant correlation between the two changes (r=-0.354, P>0.1).
