2011年09月中国南方电网超高压输电公司提出了班组安全文化建设实施方案,此方案中提出建立“四不三鼓励两表扬一追究”安全信息自愿报告系统。该系统对于处理班组未遂管理中的各种矛盾提供了有效的手段,经过一年的现场应用,效果良好。本文对电力企业文化在班组未遂管理中的作用进行了分析,并提出相应的应用建议。
Sep. 2011 China Southern Power Grid EHV Power Transmission Company put forward the implementation plan of safety cultural construction of the team and team, and put forward a voluntary reporting system for safety information of “Encouraging Two Advocacy and One Recovery”. The system provides an effective method for dealing with all kinds of contradictions in the attempt management of the team and after one year of field application, the system works well. This paper analyzes the role of power enterprise culture in the attempted management of squad and group, and puts forward corresponding application suggestions.
