20世纪90年代以来,我国利用外商直接投资的速度越来越快,规模也在不断扩大。现今我国开业的外商投资企业已经超过了15万家,并和国有企业一起推进着我国的外贸发展。由此可见,全面地系统地研究外商投资企业的外贸结构、走势和经济效益,对快速推动我国贸易自由化和资本自由化,具有重要的意义。 Since the 1990s, the foreign direct investment in our country has been getting faster and faster and the scale has also been expanding. Nowadays, there are more than 150,000 foreign-invested enterprises opened in our country and, together with state-owned enterprises, we are pushing forward the development of China’s foreign trade. Thus it can be seen that a comprehensive and systematic study of the foreign trade structure, trends and economic benefits of foreign-funded enterprises is of great significance to the rapid promotion of China’s trade liberalization and capital liberalization.
