近年来,饭店业得到快速的发展、数量得到迅猛的增长,国际知名的饭店企业进入到国内市场,同时随着中央施行八项规定,公务消费大幅减少和萎缩,给饭店的经营发展带来了较大的影响,饭店业所面临的市场竞争日益激烈和残酷。新形势下饭店如何加快转型和发展,强化人才管理是基础和关键。因此,加强对饭店人才管理问题与对策的研究,有着极为重要的作用和意义。本文深入分析了饭店企业人才管理存在问题、影响及原因,研究提出了加强饭店企业人才管理工作的对策和建议。
