本文论述总结了中油测井公司测井仪器厂实施了“员工思想有人谈、建议有人听、冷暖有人问、成长有人帮、困难有人管”的“五有暖心”工程的经验。该工程成功的经验坚持了以人为本,体现了人文关怀,发挥思想政治工作春风化雨、润物无声的作用;暖人心,顺人心,稳人心,增强了职工队伍的凝聚力;提升了工厂发展的综合实力,提高了思想政治工作水平,促进了和谐工厂建设。
