目的观察善宁加常规止血治疗消化性溃疡大出血的疗效。方法将43例消化性溃疡大出血患者随机分为甲、乙两组。甲组23例用善宁加常规内科止血治部,乙组20例常规内科止血治疗。结果甲乙两组12 h有效率分别为73.9%,50%;24 h有效率分别为86.9%,65%;72 h有效率分别为95.6%,75%。结论善宁冶疗消化性溃疡大出血疗效肯定。 Objective To observe the effect of Shanning plus conventional hemostasis in the treatment of hemorrhagic peptic ulcer. Methods 43 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding were randomly divided into A and B groups. A group of 23 cases with Shannon conventional surgical hemostasis, B group 20 cases of conventional medical treatment of hemostasis. Results The effective rates of 12 h in group A and group B were 73.9% and 50%, respectively. The effective rates at 24 h and 24 h were 86.9% and 65%, respectively. The effective rates at 72 h were 95.6% and 75%, respectively. Conclusion Ning Ning treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding certainly positive effect.
