从钎料、钎剂和钎焊工艺参数等方面对铝铜直接钎焊进行了研究。在选择合适的钎料与钎剂后,通过降低钎焊温度,减少钎焊时间,进行焊后处理,调整钎缝间隙及基体表面粗糙度,可以获得强度较高的铝铜钎焊接头。对钎剂的腐蚀作用也进行了探讨。
The direct brazing of aluminum and copper was studied from the aspects of brazing material, flux and brazing process parameters. After selecting the proper brazing filler metal and flux, the aluminum-copper brazed joint with high strength can be obtained by reducing the brazing temperature, reducing the brazing time, performing post-weld treatment, adjusting the brazing seam clearance and the surface roughness of the substrate. Corrosion of the flux has also been explored.
