从信息和信息资源的基本概念入手，分别剖析了军事情报和军事情报资源的概念、分类和特征。在此基础上，对军事情报资源与军事信息资源的概念进行了比较和区分，得出了二者的差异，对深入研究军事情报资源管理问题，指导军事情报资源建设，发挥军事情报资源的军事经济效益具有一定的参考价值。
