介绍了 UMS公司用以评估国电华东公司资产管理水平的战略资产管理 (SAM)流程框架 ,分析了SAM各组成部分间的相互关系及其所体现的先进管理思想。对电力企业采纳 SAM改进资产管理工作提出一些建议 ,指出电力企业应在行业改革的情况下 ,借鉴 SAM管理理念 ,结合企业自身的实际 ,适时应用 SAM流程框架 ,提高企业的核心竞争能力
This paper introduces the strategic asset management (SAM) process framework used by UMS to evaluate the asset management level of GD Huadong Company, and analyzes the interrelationship among the various components of SAM and the advanced management ideas embodied by it. Put forward some suggestions to the electric power enterprises to adopt SAM to improve the asset management, and point out that the electric power enterprises should make use of the SAM management concept and the enterprise’s own actual situation, timely apply the SAM process framework to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprises
