基于提供商视角,通过问卷调查探讨国际外包下跨国公司知识转移运行机制。研究发现,跨国公司转移意愿和提供商吸收能力是知识转移的必备条件;国际外包中跨国公司知识转移主要集中在显性知识,隐性知识获取是我国提供商接包中的薄弱环节,而人员互动对知识转移具有显著的能动作用,尤其是对隐性知识的转移;情景因素对于知识运用和知识拥有方面不显著,但对知识满意程度和知识转移顺畅性作用显著。本文对于我国提供商提高竞争力有重要指导意义。
Based on the provider perspective, this paper investigates the operation mechanism of knowledge transfer of multinational corporations under international outsourcing by means of questionnaires. It is found that the transfer intention of transnational corporations and the absorptive capacity of providers are the prerequisites of knowledge transfer. The knowledge transfer of transnational corporations in international outsourcing mainly focuses on the explicit knowledge. The acquisition of tacit knowledge is the weak link in our country’s provider contracting. Person-to-person interaction plays a significant role in the transfer of knowledge, especially the transfer of tacit knowledge. The situational factors have no significant effect on knowledge utilization and knowledge possession, but have significant effect on the degree of knowledge satisfaction and the smooth transfer of knowledge. This article has important guiding significance to our country supplier to raise the competitive power.
